Well it was an interesting week.
Late tuesday night, we got a call from the APs that we would be recieving a new elder straight from the MTC. They told us he´d be with us for about 3 weeks (until the end of the transfer) while he waits for his visa so he can go to his mission in Mexico.
So then wednesday right after lunch we were all in the pensh studying and all of the sudden we get a phone call from an hermano telling us he´s right outside our pensh with the new elder. That was pretty surprising because we weren´t expecting him to show up so soon. So we were in a threesome until thursday night when Elder Mendez and I had to travel to Junín to do divisions with the asistentes viajantes on friday. They told us to just leave Elder Rodriguez with the other 2 elders, so thats what we did. So we did divisions with the elders in Junín, and then we missed our bus that left at 7:30 at night, and the next one wasn`t until 1 in the morning, so we had to stay another night there in Junìn and come back saturday morning. Also, friday night the APs called us again and told us that Elder Rodriguez was getting moved to Saladillo saturday morning, so our threesome was very short-lived.
So we got back to Chacabuco saturday morning. Then at mid-day we had to take Elder Rodriguez to the bus terminal and send him off to Saladillo.
It was another disappointing sunday since we didn`t get anyone to church. Hopefully next sunday will be different.
